Your fees stay yours
Registration fees (in development) are paid straight into your organization's own Stripe account — never held by us.

Why don't you publish prices?
Because BracketFlow is still taking shape, and we'd rather set pricing with the organizations using it than guess. Founding Organizations help us get it right — and are rewarded for it.
What exactly is the founder rate?
A rate we agree on together during onboarding, based on your organization's size and what you're running on BracketFlow. It's locked in for as long as you stay a customer.
Can we use BracketFlow before everything is built?
Yes. Forms, waivers and e-signatures are available to early-access organizations now. Registration fees and tournament and league tools are in development, and Teams is coming soon — Founding Organizations get each piece first.
Do parents and players need to pay?
No. Families fill out forms, sign waivers and pay your registration fees without buying anything from BracketFlow.
